Workshops offer children and young people opportunities to develop their understanding and to learn practical skills to enable them to thrive.
Workshops take place face-to-face in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.
Workshops available include:
- Building Better Friendships – to support children and young people to make and maintain safe and healthy friendships with peers.
- Skills for Managing Life – to support children and young people to learn practical skills to manage the stresses and strains in their lives.
- Awesome Girls – to support girls and young women to build self-esteem and recognise their awesomeness.
- Making Friends with Emotions – to support children and young people to be able to identify, understand, express and regulate their emotions.

Parents, caregivers & professionals
Workshops offer parents, caregivers and professionals opportunities to develop their understanding of the children and young people in their lives and to learn practical skills to enable them to thrive.
Workshops take place face-to-face in Southend-on-Sea, Essex or online.
Workshops available include:
- Making Sense of Children & Young People covering topics including understanding and responding to impulsive and sensation-seeking behaviours, defiance and controlling behaviours, manipulation and safety-seeking behaviours, attachment-seeking behaviours, and youth produced sexual images (sexting).
- Supporting Children & Young People to Thrive covering topics including supporting children and young people to regulate emotions, deal with friendship issues and bullying, understanding person safety, improving self-esteem, and building resilience.
