Play-based therapy offers children the opportunity to use play to help them understand their thoughts and feelings. Play-based therapy is suitable for children aged 4 upwards who would benefit from support to express themselves in safe and healthy ways.

Counselling
Counselling offers young people the opportunity to explore difficult thoughts and feelings that are impacting their lives. Counselling is suitable for young people aged 11 upwards who would benefit from support to understand their emotions and relationships, including those who have experienced trauma.

How does it work?
Book a free consultation to discuss which service will best suit the needs of the child or young person in your life.
Book a free initial meet-up where the child or young person in your life can meet Helen, either online or face-to-face.
If the child or young person in your life would like to work together, sessions start.
There will be reviews with parents/caregivers every 6–8 sessions.




School-based
Play-based therapy and counselling can be facilitated in schools for children and young people aged 4–18. Additional support services such as small group workshops for students, workshops for parents and caregivers, and training for staff can also be incorporated into service packages for schools.
